Cancellations/Rescheduling: Outside of rescheduling requests due to weather and unforeseen circumstances, a cancellation fee of $90 applies to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Additionally, no-show appointments will incur a $90 fee, defined as 30 minutes after the scheduled booking time.

Scheduling: Appointment scheduling is available online. While we aim to schedule based on favorable weather conditions, ensuring suitable conditions at the scheduled time remains the responsibility of the Client. Edit The Reputation reserves the right to adjust appointments for logistical reasons and will provide adequate notice via phone, text, and email. 

Payments: Full payment is required before delivery of marketing assets. The 48-hour turnaround time begins upon full payment of the invoice.

Filming/Photography: Edit The Reputation retains creative control over composition and photo selection unless otherwise specified. Additional photo requests will incur additional charges.

Liability : We adhere to FAA regulations for drone operations. We reserve the right to decline services for any safety reasons.

Property Readiness: Properties should be 'shoot-ready' upon our photographers' arrival. Edit The Reputation is not responsible for moving or altering objects.

Return Charges: A fee of $75 will be charged for necessary reshoots due to unprepared properties or additional requests beyond the original scope of work.

Asset Delivery: Photography is delivered within 48 hours of completed payment , and video productions within two (2) to five (5) business days. All deliverables are provided via a secure link.

Refunds: All sales are final. Canceled appointments with payment made are eligible for a credit.

Photography Revisions: Standard retouching is included. Additional editing incurs a fee of $10 per photo

.Video Revisions: Final versions are delivered, and revisions are accepted only for errors. Post-delivery changes will be charged at $60 per hour.

Asset Rights and License: All assets and related rights remain the property of Edit The Reputation. The Client is granted a limited license for promotional purposes only. Assets may not be duplicated or sold without consent.
